Emilie Buaillon

Consultant, Trainer and Coach, I train and support actors wishing to drive positive dynamics. I like to contribute to the transformation of organizations, groups and people.

Specialized in CSR Management, I worked for 3 years as a CSR and innovation project manager before leaving for 2 years abroad with social entrepreneurs for local sustainable development. Upon my return, I trained in facilitation and design thinking. I am certified in 2021 as a professional Consultant Coach (RNCP 7, diploma recognized by the state at Master level)

Professor in business school (BSB Dijon and 3A Lyon), I introduce students to “ethics and CSR” and “intercultural and responsible management”. I work with companies, communities and associations to facilitate learning, collective innovation and the implementation of concrete CSR projects.

A positive and attentive group facilitator, I know how to provide adapted creative content and methods, thanks to my mastery of facilitation and facilitation methods, my practice of different support postures (advice, training, coaching) and my contributions to CSR management.

As an entrepreneur, I am leading a Podcast project on the themes of travel and audacity (release scheduled for June 2021). Personally committed, I am involved in associative networks as a volunteer at Makesense (since 2019) and Ticket For Change (since 2020).
