About Emilie

My name is Emilie and since 2019, I have been supporting people experiencing chronic anxiety, burnout, emotional or relational overload, or a state of permanent tension, an inability to settle down, to feel or to perceive what is right for them. I am passionate about the biology of trauma and all that it reveals about the link between the body, emotions, and our nervous system.

I myself have gone through major stages of inner liberation that allowed me to overcome chronic asthma, chronic fatigue, anxiety, and deep forms of freezing that prevented me from moving forward in my life. I experienced this journey in my body, not just in theory.

Today, I put this experience at the service of others, with a bodily, gentle, and profoundly human approach. I am trained in polyvagal theory and am currently training in Somatic Experiencing, a trauma support method that helps the body release what has been blocked, without forcing, at each person's pace without going back to the past.

Each session is a return to self. I work from what is present, in the moment. No fixed goals, no rigid model. We move forward at the body's pace, according to what it is ready to let emerge. This could be a tension, a memory, an emotion, a need.

My role is to recreate a safe space where there was none before.
