Design and development of a SaaS platform, cloud native, for value-based project portfolio management.

The objective of the solution is to verify the correlation between the company's strategy and the projects being implemented.

To achieve this, the application allows for the modeling of the client company's value repository, then captures the contribution of the company's projects to these values. Various representations then visually show the real importance of the different values and correlate them with the company strategy.

Challenges overcome

The design of a SaaS solution involves numerous challenges, particularly in ensuring data segregation between different clients. This is done using a single shared environment to maintain acceptable infrastructure costs and simplify maintenance.

The platform being intended to contain sensitive data about clients' corporate strategy, the application's architecture was a particularly critical point.

This assignment allowed me to gain expertise in Azure cloud.

Development of an e-commerce platform for a security equipment installer.

Challenges overcome

The implementation of the solution required the development of an interactive 2D plan editor, allowing the user to model their home and place the equipment they wish to install.

Once this phase is completed, the user can directly order the equipment placed on their plan.
