After my experience at Dedomainia, I took on the role of Lead Python Developer, where I led a team of junior developers. My role involved mentoring, training, and supporting team members in their skill development, while managing technical issues related to our projects. I implemented code review processes, ensured the quality and scalability of the developed solutions, and actively contributed to the design and architecture of the applications. This experience allowed me to develop my skills in team management and complex problem-solving.

At Dedomainia, a company specializing in software solutions for longevity-focused insurance, I participated in the development of new features in Python. I primarily worked on creating automated workflows for processing bulk data, thereby optimizing data analysis and management processes. My work helped streamline and accelerate the processing of large amounts of critical information for the insurance business.
