• In charge of regional sales for France/Benelux/Iberia

• Direct management of enterprise SUSE hyperscalers customers (Araymond/Arkema/Auchan/LVMH/CMA-CGM/Engie/Holcim/Imerys/Kiabi/PMU/Stellantis/T otalEnergies/Veolia/Wordline..)

• In charge of France sales development for Hyperscalers & Managed Services providers

• Deliver Distribution & Cloud programs on a quarterly basis and ensures they are correctly used/implemented, focus on Cloud providers and SMB business.

• Consecutive overachievement of yearly revenue targets.

• Regular business alignment with C-level vendor management with Veeam top EMEA Distributors (Tech Data, Arrow ECS, Ingram Micro)

• Defines with VP of Channels quarterly guidance for Distributors.

• Management of a team of 20+ country Distribution Managers across EMEA.

• Liaise with other teams: Sales Engineers, Territory and Enterprise sales, Marketing teams, providing support to develop their business through Distributors resources.

• Ensure enablement programs are delivered and effective for the Distributors.

• Analyze daily level of business and propose any corrective action if needed or activities for incremental revenue.

• Participate in yearly distribution program definition

• Regular target overachievement : 2018 – 108% (300M$ target)/ 2019 – 102% (350M$ target)
