Many stakeholders, particularly independent trainers and small organizations, struggle to adapt to the frequent changes imposed by public authorities, especially since the 2018 reform.

This is why I have decided to implement support programs to facilitate the adoption of a professional environment that is constantly evolving, due to laws, decrees, and orders, but also due to changes in the labor market (in terms of skills, professions, and jobs), andragogical and technological innovations, obligations regarding data security, accessibility, etc.
