Product Owner within the Data, Health & Digital tribe, responsible for the design of lot 3 of the CORECO client account tool for health and provident insurance. This tool, consisting of a calculation module and a reporting module, allows underwriters and inspectors to manage client accounts and produce annual surveillance reports for clients (income statements, contribution balances, provisions, etc.). The target tool aims to enable all business areas to share their practices and account management processes.

The project was organized into weekly iterations during which I led a requirements gathering workshop with the business units based on the identified target tool themes/features. Following these workshops, project deliverables were updated and distributed to stakeholders.

The project team consisted of a transversal project manager, a data developer, a functional acceptance tester, and a Product Owner, under the supervision of the Data, Health & Digital tribe manager.

Tasks performed:

• Participation in project scoping

• Business needs analysis (gathering, analysis, specifications)

• Leading requirements gathering workshops on a weekly cadence

• Production of project deliverables: general and detailed specifications, data dictionary, data mapping

• Participation in defining the technical solution
