As Social Media Manager for Lorenzo Pizza, I supported the pizzeria in revamping its digital communication strategy and developing its presence on Instagram and Facebook.

My main responsibilities included:

• Writing content optimized for natural referencing and social media, to attract new followers and prospects.

• Creating audiovisual content (photos, videos, reels) to boost engagement and showcase products.

• Redesigning the graphic charter and brand identity to harmonize the company's image.

• Developing a complete editorial strategy, including publication planning and setting up a Linktree to centralize useful links.

Thanks to these actions, the restaurateur observed an increase in revenue and improved attractiveness of their business from the very first days.

During my experience at AREA Occitanie, I held the position of Employer Brand Communication Officer, where I carried out various strategic and operational missions. I organized several professional trade shows aimed at promoting careers in the agri-food sector, ensuring coordination between different stakeholders: companies, institutions, and partners. I also managed AREA's digital presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, by developing engaging content and implementing a tailored communication strategy. My role also involved creating audiovisual content (videos, interviews, testimonials), managing communication teams at various events, and implementing actions to enhance the attractiveness of companies to talent. Through this experience, I developed expertise in project management, community management, and digital communication applied to the agri-food sector.

As an HR Communication Officer at STUDI, I worked closely with the marketing and HR departments to develop communication actions aimed at strengthening the company's attractiveness. I worked on external communication campaigns, including radio and Paris metro advertisements, to promote the employer brand and attract new talent. In parallel, I contributed to internal communication by creating engaging materials for employees, thereby facilitating the transmission of company values and news. My role also involved supporting recruitment by highlighting professional opportunities through various communication channels and contributing to the development of strategies to attract top profiles. This experience allowed me to strengthen my skills in project management, HR communication, and inter-departmental collaboration.
