I started my career in Telecom, then moved into Human Resources and Entrepreneurship.
For 15 years, I have held positions in recruitment, agency management, management, and training that I am passionate about.
I discovered Entrepreneurship in 2016, co-founding a startup in the web sector. This successful experience led me to create my own HR structure in 2019. It is in this environment, focused on people and business growth, that I thrive.
My experience in HR, as a startup co-founder, and as an employee in large groups (Orange, Adecco) allows me to understand the challenges faced by executives and their context.
