I am a certified Occupational Psychologist and Professional Coach. I have a background as an entrepreneur and in HR, and I have always been struck by the difficulties people I met experienced in their work relationships.

Therefore, I offer to support individuals and teams in better understanding their uniqueness to make it a strength, a differentiating factor in the world of work, to modify their relationship to it, and thus to re-enchant their careers.

I address individuals seeking greater well-being in their work relationships, teams wishing to examine their operating methods and discuss adjustments for better performance, as well as companies wanting to implement, monitor, or improve the conditions for meaningful work for everyone, serving competitiveness.
