• • External: Global management of warehouse setup in a free zone: strategy development, planning, budgets, tender for logistics & transport for 1 high-quality brand (Pharma).

• • AMOA: Support in the optimization process for warehouse performance and new flows (Luxury).

• • Internal: Management of a team & active participation in the "Luxury markets" working group.

• • Development of ESG Transport strategy and commercial proposals (L'OREAL, LVMH, Chanel...)

• • Compliance and regulatory adherence: Creation and deployment of an IT platform for supplier compliance: risk mapping, monitoring of dedicated consultants, internal and external change management, budget monitoring.

• • Ecological transition of materials: Implementation of an ad-hoc tool (continuous improvement and change management), extra-financial reporting on certified materials, collection of certificates of origin and various attestations, KPIs, competitive intelligence.

• • Strategy and planning of social/environmental audits (400 suppliers).
