• Managed the opening of a 30-boat site in the Ile-de-France region: maintained relations with public authorities, coordinated heavy construction on land and on the Seine to create a new marina

• Redefined the customer journey from arrival to the end of the stay: signage, pathways, material specifications & urban FF&E

• Transformed the L’Escale Royale product: selected the designer, room size, and features for new standard suites

• Created purchasing and construction monitoring tools, automated procedures, and built the team

• Sourced over 280 suppliers within a 5000km radius of the shipyard, reducing the cost per boat by 8% and contributing to a reduced carbon footprint

• Specified, purchased, and monitored production for a total of over €20M of FF&E / OS&E across 5 projects, each delivered within budget

• Advised stakeholders, including designers, for successful operational and technical integration of each FF&E/OS&E, avoiding construction issues and delays

• Managed the installation of 30 logistics staff and 150 suppliers across 3 construction sites
