UNOPS (United Nations Project Services Office) is an international organization that facilitates the implementation of projects for peace, security, and sustainable development worldwide.

I participated in the redesign of an internal tool built from scratch to better manage UNOPS partnerships.

The development team was international, consisting of 6 people:

- 3 Full Stack Developers

- 1 Product Owner

- 1 Scrum Master

I contributed to the following developments:

- Complete redesign of the application, with a new front-end and back-end architecture for better maintainability and performance.

- Front-end development in Angular (with PrimeNG and Tailwind CSS) to provide a modern and responsive user interface.

- Back-end implemented in .NET, ensuring robust data management and seamless integration with UNOPS' internal services.

- Deployment and hosting of services in the GCP cloud, allowing for scalable adaptation according to needs.

- Project tracking and task management via Jira, with an agile workflow (Scrum).

- Daily collaboration and code reviews on GitHub, ensuring code quality and stability.

As an Angular .Net developer, my responsibilities included:

- Technical design and definition of software architecture (front-end/back-end) considering performance and security constraints.

- Development and integration of front-end functionalities in Angular, using PrimeNG and Tailwind for a modular and customized interface.

- Implementation of the .NET back-end with the creation of secure REST APIs compliant with UNOPS internal standards.

- Setup of unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and application reliability.

DEVWAY is a company in the SaaS project management software sector. Its objective is to simplify and optimize task management, collaboration, and team performance tracking.

I participated in the design and development of the solution in Angular and Java.

As an Angular Java developer, my responsibilities included:

- Needs analysis in collaboration with stakeholders to identify key product features

- Design and development of the back-end with Spring Boot (Java)

- Implementation of the hexagonal architecture

- Front-end development in Angular, with NgRx integration

- Setup of unit and functional tests

- Adherence to clean code best practices

- Setup of a cloud storage system using AWS S3 and Scaleway

- Automation of deployments via GitLab CI/CD to ensure continuous deployment and smooth updates
