Mission #1:
As part of the Refactory project in Flins for Renault, I assembled 5 gearboxes. By carefully reading technical drawings, I ensured the conformity of mechanical assemblies to meet the delivery and quality requirements of the Refactory production teams.

Mission #2:
Using Catia V5, I designed a complete mechanical support connecting an electric utility vehicle to a vibrating test bench, ensuring a load capacity of 8000 N and resistance to 2G forces. I conducted an eco-design study favoring standard profiles to reduce prototyping costs, while validating assembly through a Technical Functional Analysis (AFT) and ISO-GPS critical dimension chains. The industrialization cost of the design amounts to €8,784.
