As Tech Lead Java/Spring Boot & Cloud within the Compliance Department (ITIM/CFT), I led the complete modernization of the KYC Review system, a strategic tool ensuring LAB-FT, embargo, and ACPR compliance. I supervised the back/front development teams, made technical decisions, and guaranteed the quality, security, and performance of the delivered solutions.

I directed the application overhaul towards a modern architecture based on Spring Boot 3, Java 21, microservices, Kafka, Spring Batch pipelines, and hexagonal architecture. I led the automation of KYC reviews and the digitization of sensitive processes (PRI, Minor, PPI, EIP), while ensuring technical and functional consistency with business teams (Compliance, Risks).

I oversaw several major migrations: WildFly → Spring Boot, Java 8→21, Spring Boot 1.x/2.x → 3.x, Alien4Cloud → Kubernetes, Nexus → JFrog Artifactory/Xray.

Regarding Cloud, I worked closely with the DevOps team to leverage their pipelines and ensure our APIs were deployed in a cloud environment (AWS/Kubernetes), particularly via S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, Athena.

I also led an innovative project to design a KYC chatbot based on Spring AI (LLM + RAG), connected to business documentation on AWS S3 and deployed on Kubernetes.

Finally, I played a central role in technical leadership: coaching, pair programming, code reviews, defining technical standards, expert support, and technical coordination with QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.

As a Technical Referent / Lead Developer Java & Angular, I led the design and evolution of two applications for the Malakoff Humanis group: the issuance and signing of contractual documents, and the system for renewal and price revision of the client portfolio. I was responsible for the technical direction of development, mentoring developers, and ensuring the performance, quality, and consistency of the software architecture.

I oversaw the implementation of a reactive architecture based on Spring WebFlux, coordinated back-end Spring Boot and front-end Angular 11 developments, and orchestrated Spring Batch pipelines to automate large-scale processing related to renewal campaigns. I also led the integration of electronic signature via UniverSign, ADFS authentication management, and the standardization of front-end components.

On the industrialization side, I worked with DevOps teams to leverage the existing infrastructure (Docker / Docker Swarm, Jenkins CI/CD) and ensure harmonized deployments across Dev → Testing → Pre-production → Production environments, as well as the technical migration from Spring Boot 2.3 to 2.7.

My role included a strong technical leadership component: code reviews, pair programming, onboarding new members, defining technical standards, and coordinating between business, QA, architecture, and integration teams to ensure reliable, secure, and objective-aligned deliveries for the group.

Consultant in software engineering and Cloud-native development, I participated in the CaaSCAD project (Container As A Service Cloud Agnostic Deployment), a platform for building, testing, deploying, and monitoring applications on Kubernetes in a multi-cloud manner (AWS, Flexible Engine, Azure). The objective: to provide a unified, automated, and secure environment for running containerized applications at scale.

• Development of an Angular web dashboard for real-time monitoring of Kubernetes applications and resources.

• Design and implementation of Spring Boot / Spring Cloud / Netflix OSS / GraphQL microservices.

• Centralized authentication management via Keycloak (OAuth2, OpenID Connect).

• Collection and monitoring of metrics with Prometheus and AlertManager, visualization via Grafana.

• Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration (clusters managed via Rancher).

• Infrastructure automation and deployment with Ansible.

• Implementation of advanced CI/CD: continuous integration and deployment with Concourse, GitLab version management and workflows (full Merge Requests).

• Active participation in Agile Scrum ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, workshops).

• Writing unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito, Surefire, Failsafe).

This mission allowed me to strengthen my expertise in microservices, containerization, automation, and DevOps, while developing a Cloud Agnostic approach focused on reliability, scalability, and application performance.
