The S-Digital platform, developed by SIGAL, is a French platform for industrial SMEs and ETIs. Its objective is to facilitate access to data, accelerate decision-making, collaborate more effectively, improve customer experience, automate business processes, and develop sales.

It required UX and UI expertise to be optimized for users.

The contribution of user/product vision addressed the points raised by the client in the pre-phase:
- The application was developed by a technical team without a design system
- The graphic identity is non-existent
- User journeys are incomplete

We implemented a 3-phase approach to analyze the existing situation, identify optimization opportunities, and produce the necessary elements for their implementation:
