- Aliments du Quebec: Non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the agri-food industry through the Aliments du Québec brands.

Mandate: Rethink the experience of the various users of the brand (B2E, B2B and B2C).

Methodology: Integrated within the project team, I was able to conduct research (individual interviews) with members of the program, facilitate focus groups with consumers and prioritize insights in order to design a project road map. Following this, co-design workshops with stakeholders were conducted in order to design the new digital experience of Aliments du Quebec.

- Yves Rocher: Implementation of an AB Test plan on the US and Canada site.

- Ma Zone CEC: E-educational platform offering educational content for elementary to college students.

Mandate: User research, definition of needs and competition study, implementation and facilitation of co-creation workshop
