- Advice and sales of banking and insurance products (investments, loans, savings, provident schemes)

- Study and processing of financing applications (mortgage and consumer loans)

- Risk management (solvency analysis, prevention of over-indebtedness, regulatory compliance)

- Follow-up and support of clients in their life projects (property purchase, family protection, savings optimization)

- Administrative and commercial management of client files
