As an independent leader and HR consultant, I combine field expertise with a strategic perspective to support companies in all their HR challenges: recruitment, structuring, QWL audits, compliance, and social relations.

I provide support on a project basis as well as in a shared time capacity, with a demanding yet profoundly human approach.

Notably, I have managed sensitive projects (external growth, restructuring, governance changes), handled complex disciplinary procedures, and structured tailor-made HR policies.

My missions are focused on concrete results, always with a concern for preserving human balance within the organization.

In a multi-site environment (4 companies, 250 employees, 2 Social and Economic Committees), I led the group's HR strategy in direct liaison with senior management.

I structured the HR department (team of 5 people), deployed cross-functional projects (Quality of Life at Work, onboarding, recruitment, disability policy), and supported managers daily in managing their teams.

My role as an 'HR partner' allowed me to bridge the gap between human issues and performance objectives, with particular attention to retention and managerial consistency.

I started as a consultant and quickly became an agency manager. I developed strong expertise in recruiting executive and expert profiles.

This position allowed me to build a solid results-oriented culture, as well as a tailor-made consulting approach: understanding the company's real needs beyond the CV.

I also learned to balance reactivity, high standards, and trust-building – fundamentals that I still cultivate today.
