In coaching, I want to provide each individual with a tailored and unique support solution and help my clients achieve their goals.

Since 2019, I have been supporting individuals in their development, mobility, or career change by drawing on my expertise in career and transition coaching. I offer skills assessments, individual coaching, as well as group coaching, workshops, and corporate training.

In career coaching and with skills assessments, I help you develop your professional project in line with your life project.

Mental health is a fundamental issue, and I am therefore delighted to work with companies by offering workshops and training courses promoting quality of life at work (stress management, time management, organization, communication, emotion management, team cohesion...).

I am a Mental Health First Aider and am continuing my training in this field to obtain a certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in July 2026, which will allow me to act as a psychotherapist and support individuals with issues related to anxiety, addiction, depression, eating disorders, and post-traumatic stress.

Coaching, training, and brief therapy thus allow me to offer diversified and tailor-made support based on each individual's needs and goals.

This innovative concept supports 50 to 80 job seekers by offering them the opportunity to change their posture.

For 6 or 7 weeks (depending on the format), they join a company without legal status, whose sole mission is for each associate to find employment.

Within this collective, which functions like a large company, job seekers join a "fictional" company for 6 weeks and work daily on assigned tasks as well as their own job searches. The objectives are threefold: a real increase in skills, the discovery of new sectors and professions, and therefore a new range of possibilities, and a return to employment within an average of 6 months by leveraging the strength of the collective. My role as a coach-trainer was to support, with the help of 4 other partner coaches, these 40 "associates" to guide them, help them regain confidence, and support them in their job search (CV redesign, interview simulations, personality tests...)
