    The purchase of children's clothing under 1 year old represents about €1000 per household (€2500 for the first 3 years): a significant budget when you consider that clothes are sometimes worn for only a few days/weeks depending on the baby's growth and clutter our closets!
    Fortunately, friends or family sometimes lend us clothes that have become too small for their children. A precious and ecological help that relieves young parents but doesn't leave them much choice in terms of clothing styles.

    Born from this observation, I imagined a clothing rental service for children under 2 years old that allows you to:

    The purchase of an apartment, especially a new one, involves a complex projection of the future living space, with several difficulties to overcome:
    - The impossibility of visiting the apartment before purchase (only a 2D plan and a standardized 3D visualization)
    - A higher cost than buying in the old property market
    - Accessibility constraints that complicate the optimization of square meters.
    To imagine tailor-made apartments for its buyers, Habx aims to revolutionize the programming processes of real estate developers: by starting from the needs of future residents, each floor plan can be co-constructed before construction.

    Numerous challenges need to be met:
    - Challenging a B2B business process by putting buyers at the center of its design
    - Providing rapid projection tools to facilitate B2C decision-making
    - Digitizing the various stages of the customer cycle (approximately 3 years between reservation and key handover)
