Since April 2021, I have created a consulting firm dedicated to e-commerce, given the scale this activity has taken on.

Since then, I have had the opportunity to work on several projects such as:

Replatforming (Hybris => SFCC, Shopify => Magento, Drupal => Sylius)

I18N: Internationalization (USA and Russia in particular)

Implementation of PIM (Akeneo, PIMCore, and in-house)

Management of BAU (business as usual) in addition to projects

Management of partners (integrators, web agencies, hosting providers primarily)

Construction and execution of roadmaps and associated budgets

Reporting to management and/or the major shareholder investment fund

Creation, development, and sale of a consulting firm dedicated to media, with a specialization in product management.

Agilekia supports companies in the media sector (mainly information) in product management by providing resources embedded within client teams. The team consists mainly of Product Owners.

All profiles are Scrum certified (PSPO I and PSM I at a minimum), and the company is also an agility training center. Freelancers and employees make up the team.

I sold the company to the Inspearit group in September 2022.

Our strong positioning in a niche market allowed us, in just a few years, to become a reference in our sector and to benefit from a strong reputation.

We also had extensive expertise in public media.

I managed the company, supervised all missions, and also acted directly as a consultant for the majority of our clients.

For 10 years, I worked in IT consulting firms and progressively climbed the standard hierarchical ladder of these companies. I primarily worked on IT/WEB offerings, which quickly became my specialization, as did fixed-price projects. I had the opportunity to work for many business sectors and manage accounts of CAC 40 companies.
