Legal manager for 6 years and thanks to my varied background, I have acquired many essential skills and qualities within a company. Of course, my main skills are legal, administrative, and debt collection, but not only, because having been head of department, company partner, and president of 2 associations, I have developed a certain leadership, a sense of organization and coordination, an ability to manage, communicate, and take a step back from situations encountered, such as stress and conflict management, especially since I am currently training in mediation. I wish to share these skills with those who need them, because for lack of time, they cannot do everything or for lack of knowledge and experience, they do not know how to face certain difficulties in business life. As a trustworthy person, I want to help leaders structure, develop, improve, and secure themselves, or even replace them temporarily when they are absent. I wish to intervene occasionally or regularly with companies to prevent them from falling into certain traps and to manage internal risks.
