▪Assistance and advice to the Project Manager (ex-Operator) in the implementation of Project Management methodologies

▪Participation in studies: Contribute to the drafting and review of various specifications, technical specifications, and special conditions documents / Comment on and validate technical documents issued by engineering firms and external companies during the design and construction phases / Monitor the updating of terminal documentation affected by the project

▪Contractual management: Manage technical clarifications with stakeholders / Handle requests for contract modifications and analyze cost and schedule impacts / Monitor performance indicators and claims related to studies provided by engineering firms

▪Coordination of procurement and contracts: Monitor orders in conjunction with the Buyer and Cost Controller

▪Contribution to the transversal monitoring of Project Management KPIs carried out by the PMO (dashboard, master schedule, risk reporting), Bi-monthly reporting to the terminal operator

▪On-site at LyondellBasell in Fos/mer, responsible for "routine" projects and shutdown projects within the framework of the 2026 Regulatory Shutdown.

▪Coordinates all activities from preliminary studies to procurement for the works.

▪Preparation of technical and commercial proposals for services to be performed.

▪Validation of input data / Request for clarifications from the Client (LyondellBasell).

▪Mobilization of resources and means to be implemented for the proper execution of the service.

▪Drafting of launch notes and communication of hour budgets to teams, transfer of information to various stakeholders.

▪Ensures the synthesis and consistency of all elements constituting the file for all combined activities (EIA, IG, Piping, GC, Flex, HSED...) with the support of technical leads.

▪Responsible for schedule compliance with the implementation of corrective actions in case of deviations.

▪Management of modifications via notification forms (for amendments to the initial order) with justification of overtime, additional deliverables (in quantity or complexity) and drafting of deviation sheets compared to the initial specifications / BOD.

▪Approval of technical deliverables before distribution to various stakeholders.

▪Organization and facilitation of meetings (KOM, technical / specific points...) / project coordination process reviews (P&ID Review, model review, constructability, IFR then BPC...).

▪Contribution to reporting tasks (progress, highlights, actions, schedule projections).

▪Ensures the proper compilation of technical consultation files for both procurement and works contracts.

▪Takes charge of and drafts deliverables such as Project Execution Plan, Scope of Work…

▪Industrial transfer project (preliminary studies to construction site) for the installation of new industrial equipment (press): Divestment and relocation of production equipment and their utility networks to other workshops / plant areas.

▪Gather and formalize the needs of the various project stakeholders.

▪Coordinate the project, managing the schedule, budget, studies, and execution.

▪Drafting of Technical Specification Documents (CCTP) for Civil Engineering, Piping, Electrical, Boilermaking operations…

▪Consult local companies, conduct technical alignments, negotiate prices and deadlines.

▪Manage contracts with subcontractors and participate in prevention plans.

▪Collaborate with operators (production, maintenance) to minimize production disruption. 4-week summer shutdown for the transfer of equipment heavily involved in production.
