Training design, change management, and training are the skills I offer.

My skills in a few words: facilitating digital tool training, trainer of trainers, expert in the Genially tool, creating video tutorials, creating and designing training courses.

Gamification: adding game-based learning for better memorization, engagement, and to create/strengthen group cohesion.

Specialist in training facilitation, I assist with the onboarding and improvement of digital tools (Office Suite, Teams, collaborative tools, Genially, etc.).

Trainer of trainers, I intervene within the professional title FPA (Professional Adult Trainer) for the skill development of future trainers and support for jury title preparation.

Expert in the Genially tool, I have created two training courses for mastering the tool as well as for gamifying training content.

My skills in office and digital tools have led me to offer the creation of video tutorials.

My various training activities stem from training design: development of courses, implementation of expertise levels, creation of practical and evaluation exercises, design of training materials, etc.
