I worked within an e-commerce and digital services ecosystem supported by Rocket Internet, during a hyper-growth phase. My role covered a broad operational scope: structuring and optimizing processes for an online marketplace, setting up and managing the operations of a mobility service (VTC), designing and deploying home delivery solutions, as well as managing and continuously improving operational activities.

Throughout these experiences, I contributed to industrializing operations, coordinating between local and international teams, and sustainably improving organizational performance in demanding and constantly evolving environments.

I participated in the launch and development of a fast-growing e-commerce marketplace. My role covered the structuring and optimization of key operations: supply chain management and continuous improvement, warehouse and warehousing management, implementation of reliable logistics processes, and team coordination to support the platform's rapid growth.

I contributed to industrializing operations while enhancing service quality and customer experience in a context of hyper-growth and high operational demands.
