    As part of this project, I supported the Professional Clients Department on a cross-functional scope, covering both the operational functioning of the customer journeys (RUN), EPIC steering, and the launch of new services.

    I managed complete CRM projects (EPICs) from the design phase to operational implementation, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality objectives, and alignment with the department's business priorities.

    For the RUN and cross-functional evolution scope, I was responsible for:

    - Daily management of the operational functioning of CRM customer journeys,
    - Supervision and resolution of incidents in conjunction with support and IT teams,
    - Monitoring of performance indicators per journey (journeys launched/abandoned, asynchronous processing, etc.),
    - Analysis and prioritization of corrective and evolutionary requests,
    - Continuous improvement of customer journeys to optimize satisfaction and loyalty,
    - Validation of User Stories and management of development, testing, and production phases,
    - As well as change management for advisors to ensure adoption of evolutions.

    I also contributed to the launch of several new services, from scoping to field deployment for advisors, including support for scoping, risk mapping, and the establishment of governance bodies.

    Finally, I set up and managed a prioritization unit for MCO evolutions, structuring an agile organization between business and IT teams. Throughout the mission, I became a reference for agile and organizational matters, facilitating decision-making, prioritization, and smooth communication.

    This mission helped to secure critical customer journeys, launch new value-added services, and sustainably improve operational performance and customer experience.
