Lecturer for MBA students at ESG Executive, I teach Finance and Audit modules, combining theoretical input with practical case studies from my professional experience. I support students in preparing their degrees by helping them structure their analyses, master the fundamentals of management control and auditing, and develop a rigorous approach to financial issues. I also participate in defenses and juries, contributing to the evaluation of work and the development of students' skills with a focus on high standards and professionalization.

• • Treasury management, working capital optimization, forecasting and evaluating cash needs, and implementing dashboards and indicators;

• • Management of accounting, management control, Human Resources, and Office Manager teams Supervision of the Human Resources department:

• •Contribute to the recruitment of new employees.

• • Ensure the administrative management of contracts and obligations in compliance with regulations, in liaison with all relevant bodies (URSSAF, Labor Inspectorate…).

• • Develop the annual training plan, budget for it, schedule it, monitor its implementation, and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken.

• •Ensure the monitoring and control of solicited suppliers.

• •Communicate applicable legal and regulatory provisions to all employees
