Use MES and SAP to document and control the production process of goods. Lead the implementation of the Kanban system for pull flow management and reduce inventory volumes in the assembly workshop. Develop GANTT charts. Establish the weekly production schedule. Support the implementation of improvements and update the dashboard.

Lead the maintenance management improvement and digitalization project. Optimize the management of corrective and preventive work orders. Ensure the reliability of performance indicator calculations using VBA software. Validate project schedules, allocated budget, and delivery dates with management. Diagnose and analyze maintenance management procedures in detail using the 8D method.
