Identify customer needs in terms of energy (electricity, gas, propane). Inform and advise customers on different types of energy offers. Master persuasive sales and argumentation techniques. Negotiate and conclude energy contracts with suppliers such as Eni, Total, Engie, Alpiq, Octopus. Generate qualified leads for the Insurance and Telecom Division.

Connection of the optical network to users: connection and installation of fiber optics, cabling of a riser, connection at customers' homes, commissioning. FTTH: connection of individual customers in the Strasbourg and Pau area: installation and connection of fiber optic boxes for operators Free, Orange, and Bytel in the common areas of buildings.

Supervision and training of new fiber optic technicians within the company. Connection of PMZ, SRO, NRO cabinets (installation of equipment, cable pulling, splicing, continuity testing, labeling...). FTTH technical verification: measurements with reflectometer, conformity check of connections at the transport and distribution level, check of labeling and coiling. Team collaboration by communicating, sharing ideas, and pooling efforts. Contribution to problem-solving by providing appropriate solutions and formulating improvement proposals. Work organization by prioritizing tasks to meet expectations and deadlines.
