I had the opportunity to contribute to a mission for L'Oréal aimed at integrating generative AI solutions into the Salesforce CRM used by the customer service department. The objective was to improve the consumer experience while optimizing the operational efficiency of business teams through use cases such as automatic response generation or intelligent customer interaction summarization. In parallel, I conducted research on the impact of generative AI-based VTO technologies in the luxury sector to explore their contributions to customer experience personalization.

Teaching assistant at Georgia Tech in computer science, I contributed to the smooth running of classes by grading assignments, facilitating office hours, and supporting students. I also participated in the development of course materials and the facilitation of practical work and discussion sessions.
