I have over 15 years of professional experience in digitalization, IT management, and the development of custom software solutions. My focus is on analyzing, optimizing, and digitizing business processes, as well as implementing modern digital solutions for companies and public institutions.

I conceptualize and develop administrative and business applications, including government portals (Gov-portals), asset management systems, helpdesk and ticket systems, visitor and document management, and workflow solutions for automating and improving administrative processes.

I manage projects holistically – from requirements analysis and conception through implementation and rollout to the further development and optimization of existing systems. In doing so, I combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of organizational processes and user requirements.

Another focus of my work is conducting training, workshops, and onboarding processes. I support employees and teams in efficiently using new digital systems, understanding processes, and successfully implementing solutions in their daily work.

My technical skills include the development and support of web applications, databases, interfaces, and custom software solutions (using PHP/MySQL, among others). I also have experience in project management, coordinating service providers, and implementing digitalization projects.
