I am a sustainability and project management professional with more than two decades of experience leading creative, community-driven initiatives across the Caribbean, North America, and beyond. My work sits at the intersection of culture, education, and regenerative design, empowering communities to build climate resilience through collaboration, innovation, and storytelling.

From managing the Caribbean’s largest land regeneration project with the Walkers Institute for Regenerative Research Education and Design (WIRRED) to directing the NEW FIRE Festival, a pioneering platform for climate awareness through the arts, I thrive on projects that combine environmental impact with cultural transformation.

I am passionate about building partnerships, mentoring teams, and developing sustainable systems that regenerate both ecosystems and communities. Open to fully remote collaborations and consulting roles where creativity, strategy, and purpose meet.
