Agorize is a company of 100 people specializing in organizing online innovation challenges.

As Head of the Design Department, my role was to manage my team and oversee the art direction of client projects. I collaborated with renowned companies such as TF1, L'Oréal, LVMH, ADP, Microsoft, Tinder, PSG, Adidas, Decathlon, Ericsson, SNCF, Vinci, Total, Engie, Bouygues, Safran, Thales, Air Liquide, Aviva, and many others.

This diversity of partnerships has allowed me to develop the ability to adapt my graphic designs to a variety of sectors, whether by respecting strict graphic charters or by benefiting from complete creative freedom.

My skills extend to digital and print, including:

- Creation of visual identities and logos

- Digital (web design, web banners, e-mailing, etc.)

- Print (posters, flyers, roll-ups, brochures, card games, goodies, etc.)

In addition, I was responsible for Agorize's visual identity, working in various areas such as brochures, posters, flyers, roll-ups, business cards, and interface design.

I worked as a graphic designer and web designer on a permanent contract at the public communication agency "Aire Publique", a subsidiary of the urban planning consultancy "Citadia Conseil", for a period of two years.

As head of the group's graphic department, my role was to be involved from the beginning of the process to develop a graphic universe in line with client expectations. Subsequently, I brought this vision to life on various media, both print (posters, exhibition panels, flyers, brochures, business cards, etc.) and web (graphic design, HTML/CSS integration, CMS).

From receiving the client brief to monitoring printing, I established my workload and had complete autonomy in carrying out my tasks.
