Helping others understand themselves so they can find ways to thrive and the desire to impact their environment. This is my professional calling, what motivates my actions and gives me wings. I am a spark creator that generates long-term positive change.

I will guide you through your personal and professional challenges. My high-level coaching training at Coaching Ways International has enabled me to adopt the right coaching posture to reveal your potential and help you achieve your goals. I am currently pursuing certification with the ICF (International Coaching Federation).

During our sessions, you will not receive advice directly applied from my experience as an engineer, marketer, and then entrepreneur, which would be more like mentoring. I will push you to find your own solutions, those that best suit your needs.

I can help you with a wide variety of challenges. I have grouped them into 4 stages, in a customizable program:

1) Discovering and articulating your purpose or life mission

2) Choosing self-love and love for others, with challenges of self-confidence, assertiveness, and fully embracing your authenticity while respecting others

3) Taking action and concretely defining your personal and professional goals, to ground you in reality

4) Leadership, or how to positively impact others and the world
