I have been working on service design, UX, and graphic design projects for over 10 years.
Currently self-employed, I started with over 6 years of experience at the agency Nealite - which became The Experience Center of PwC France - during which I was able to conduct in-depth user research phases (observations/immersions, interviews, multi-platform interface tests) up to iterative prototyping and testing.
Based on the methodology and tools of Design Thinking in various contexts, I have gradually developed my expertise in defining and implementing adapted and sustainable target experiences.
