I am Elise Gaudechoux, I speak three languages – English, French, and German – and I specialize in human and sustainable change processes.

Changes for a company are like an iceberg. One part is the desired external change, the results of a project, expansion, new more efficient processes, new organization, new tools (AI), and the part of this project that is underwater: the values of the group, the culture, the feelings, the fears, the unspoken, misunderstandings, ego battles, the purpose of the project (which is sometimes lost).

During my temporary assignment at the École des Mines d'Alès, I actively participated in organizing and launching field assignments for engineering students. These assignments are an important part of their training, as they allow them to discover how companies operate in practice and to apply the knowledge they have acquired during their academic studies.

In this context, I helped prepare and implement the system for placing students in their host companies. My role was to support coordination between the school, the students, and partner organizations to ensure that each assignment ran smoothly. This involved preparing the necessary information for students, providing administrative support for the assignments, and offering logistical assistance to ensure that this key stage of their training ran smoothly.

I also helped with the operational launch of the field assignments, ensuring that students had all the necessary information before their departure. This included coordinating with teaching teams, organizing communication materials, and managing certain organizational aspects related to the mission schedule.

In addition, I had the opportunity to play a central role in organizing two major events bringing together around 300 people.
