Within the Human Resources Department of LVMH Beauty, I lead the digital transformation of HR reporting through the design and deployment of a Power BI decision-making dashboard, covering over 30,000 employees across 15+ brands (Dior, Guerlain, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Givenchy Beauté…).

My responsibilities:

• End-to-end design of an interactive Power BI dashboard (Headcount, FTE, workforce variations) enabling dynamic comparison between any period from 2015 to 2026

• Complex data modeling: star schema architecture, management of 260,000+ lines of multi-source HR data

• Development of advanced DAX measures for workforce analysis by organization, geographic area, contract type, and professional category

• Automation of monthly reports using Power Query and Excel, significantly reducing processing time

• Implementation of HR data quality controls (scope, entity status, intra-division impacts)

• Production of strategic KPIs (Permanent/Fixed-term/Non-permanent, Regular FTE, Temporary FTE) for HR teams and management

• Analysis of scope effects (OFF to ON, IntraDiv) to ensure the reliability of workforce comparisons
