Following CivicSolar's decision to implement Salesforce within the company to replace their in-house ERP, I took on the role of internal project manager throughout the implementation phase as well as the Product Owner role post go-live.

Implementation Project Manager:

- Functional requirements gathering

- Management of the relationship with the publisher

- Project schedule management

- Liaison between functional needs and technical teams

- Responsible for training efforts

- Preparation for Go-live, post Go-live user assistance

- Create and maintain the Product backlog.

Product Owner post Go-Live, Agile method:

- Steering of Product Backlog prioritization

- Responsible for monthly meetings with department directors

- Steering and gathering of functional requirements

- Providing consulting on the feasibility, applicability, and relevance of needs

- Writing specifications and user stories

- Writing and conducting acceptance tests

- Responsible for communication and relationships with business functions

- Communication and collaboration with internal development teams as well as external service providers

Responsible for the redesign of internal processes:

- Product catalog management: Improvement of the catalog update process

- Intacct accounting system implementation project: Data mapping, Project management

- Online content management: Responsible for website content updates

Responsible for customer follow-up and management of large orders requiring a project-based approach
