Steering strategic projects for the digital and IT transformation plan.

Responsible for the redesign of multi-channel internet customer areas and complementary web tools, respecting the main objectives of the transformation plan:

 Adhering to Group technical standards: analysis of existing information systems, needs analysis, gap and solution analysis, management of technical obsolescence (with competitive and technological watch)

 Implementing intuitive ergonomics: Digital Design Thinking methodology – gathering user voice, canvas, persona, journey design, screen design

 Project steering: scoping workshops, specification workshops, drafting deliverables (expression of need, kick-off, functional specifications, process modeling, updating application maps, testing strategy, deployment plan and change management, corrective and evolutionary maintenance management, dependency management, project committees (COPRO, COPIL), management of service provider budgets, activity monitoring, performance indicators (effort estimation, timesheets, Business timesheets, KPIs))

Implementation of an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) solution from KOFAX to process passive orders received by management/investor companies via fax in full STP, within the Fund Distribution Services Business Unit, using agile methodology:

 Scoping needs, defining the target solution, proposing target operational workflows, impact, risk, and financial gain (FTE) analysis

 Estimating IT effort and setting up the budget with all project contributions (Developers, Infrastructure, DXC Production)

 Defining project success indicators (KPIs)

 Facilitating business workshops for defining management rules for evolutions, reporting, and audit trails, defining sprints and testing strategy (features delivered iteratively for testing), defining flow integration rules, grammar, and mapping

 Drafting IT use cases

 Monitoring and supervising development and budget consumption (planning, adherence to effort estimates)

 Project steering (facilitating steering and project committees, reporting), supervising business testing, support, assistance in collecting test data in the EDM and bug tracking management (JIRA), setting up the deployment organization

Management of Payment Methods projects within the Operations Department: implementation of innovative payment solutions (Payment Methods, Electronic Payment) and integration of solutions with Key Accounts.

 Organizing and facilitating co-creation workshops with client teams, supporting clients in the design phase (functionalities, UX/UI)

 Developing detailed functional specifications for web and mobile projects: sitemap, kinematics, navigation, zoning, functional mock-up, management and interaction rules, monitoring the graphic design phase

 Drafting deliverables related to the design phase (expression of need, specifications, functional specifications, test specifications)

 Project steering (steering committee, project meetings and workshops, minutes and reporting) and supervising production teams

 Monitoring and updating steering documents (planning, adherence to effort estimates)

 Business participation in the testing phase (functional testing and quality testing) of projects carried out by development teams before delivery

 Training and client support during the testing phase

 Assisting in product presentations

 Post-deployment monitoring, corrective maintenance

 Implementing evolutionary maintenance
