Elisa has been a great asset to our team over the 18 months she has been with us. Her previous experience along with her ability to quickly understand and adapt to the company culture and way of working has ensured that she seamlessly integrated in to the mission. She has a great ability with stakeholders to connect, build trust and ultimately mobilise those she works with towards her objectives. She does this by understanding the ambitions of others and therefore how she can work effectively with them. Her commitment to delivering at a high level and on time is unwavering, to ensure this happens she always seeks clarity where needed, is excellent at communicating in a sharp and concise way and will always manage expectations very well. Elisa has performed in an autonomous nature over the course of the mission and I have fully trusted her to do this knowing that she will connect with me in a timely way whenever needed. Elisa has been excellent at ensuring our stakeholders/customer needs are always met to a high level via her communication skills in understanding their needs along with her focus on delivering these.
