Recruitment for support functions (French HQ), and in-store retail across 3 sectors

• Management of a retroplanning for store openings – presentation of MRS sessions to recruit the complete team for a new store (travel/collaboration with Pôle emploi partners),

• Participation in an ATS implementation project (weekly meetings, for configuration, testing, deployment of the tool),

• Facilitation of our recruitment training for managers,

• Relations with partners (schools, agencies, job boards, employment agencies).
