Talent Acquisition at JEMS Group, based in the Barcelona office, my role is to recruit our future employees across the Data, Big Data, Cloud, and DevOps spectrum. My responsibilities include:

- Participating in the identification of all recruitment needs (in conjunction with operational managers and business engineers)

- Prioritizing needs and selecting relevant sourcing channels

- Candidate sourcing (via job boards, ads, referrals, or social networks)

- Phone qualifications of candidates & HR interviews

- Accompanying candidates to interviews with technical managers

- Following up with candidates throughout their process (contract, onboarding, start of assignment, ...)
