As Community Manager at Fisedtherapy, I am responsible for managing and energizing the brand's digital presence, developing communication and content strategies that reinforce the company's identity and positioning on social media.

Among my main responsibilities are:

Content planning and creation: I design strategies adapted to Fisedtherapy's values and objectives. I developed innovative content (posts, stories, videos, and carousels) that connect with our audience, always aligned with current trends and industry needs.

Community management: I foster active interaction with followers and clients, responding to their inquiries and comments promptly and personally, strengthening the bond and trust in the brand.

Monitoring and analysis: I use analytical tools to measure the impact and reach of each campaign, and thus, optimize future strategies. This allows me to identify areas for improvement and adjust communication to maximize the effectiveness of actions.

Innovation and continuous training: I stay updated on digital trends and tools in the industry, which allows me to propose creative ideas and adopt new tactics that respond to changes in audience behavior.

In my role, I stand out for my commitment, creativity, and analytical skills, qualities that have not only increased Fisedtherapy's digital visibility but also consolidated an active and engaged community. This approach has allowed me to achieve the set objectives and overcome the challenges of the digital environment, always with the goal of driving the brand's growth and reputation.

Dynamic content writing, continuous alerts for communication launches, press, and media. Image care. Constant interaction and review of follower comments. Video editing for Reel and Stories formats. Alert of all publications on social media and in the press on a continuous basis.
