    The Bitter End – Saint-Germain-en-Laye
A true local institution, The Bitter End is an English pub renowned for its friendly and authentic atmosphere. A warm place where people come for lunch with colleagues or to share a unique beer at the end of the day.

The establishment wanted to modernize its menu to make it clearer, more practical, and more representative of its identity. The challenge was twofold:
    1. Completely rethink the design to assert the "English pub" character and highlight the offerings in a clear and attractive way.
    2. Optimize the print material to be durable, aesthetic, and pleasant for customers to handle.

My mission:transform an initially 10-page menu into a simpler, more modern, and effective A3 double-sided format.
The graphic design was crafted to immediately capture the pub's spirit: bold typography, highlighting key dishes, information hierarchy for smooth reading, and a complete redesign of the menu.

Printing challenge:restaurant menus are handled constantly, and therefore quickly subject to fingerprints, spills, and wear.

Solution implemented:a double-sided matte lamination that protects the material while providing an elegant and premium finish. This technical choice ensures the longevity of the menus, while enhancing the visual appeal and perceived quality.

A more resistant, practical, and visually impactful menu that reflects the pub's identity and improves the customer experience. A successful redesign that combines design and functionality, serving an iconic venue.
