During my fifteen years at SHM Productions Ltd., my professional evolution was marked by a fundamentally human motivation and behavioral change approach. This unique dimension gave a unique depth to my career that goes beyond traditional design and development skills.

As Head of Design and Digitalization, I led a multidisciplinary team of 10 people, enabling us to create digital solutions that aimed to fundamentally transform user behaviors.

My UX/UI design expertise goes beyond traditional methods. I designed user journeys that identified and leveraged motivational triggers, thereby creating interfaces that encouraged the adoption of new behaviors.

My full-stack development was carried out with the same philosophy. Using frameworks such as Vue.js, React, Laravel, Livewire, Tailwindcss, as well as no-code platforms like Wix, Wordpress, or Squarespace and their ecosystems, I was able to develop personalized and engaging experiences.

In the field of DevOps and cloud infrastructure management, this behavioral orientation translated into the design of resilient and adaptive systems to optimize the user experience.

My greatest contribution was the creation of transformational digital experiences. From B2B tools to educational games, each solution was designed as a true vector for behavioral change.

This approach was also evident in my multimedia creations with the Adobe suite, where animations and video editing were meticulously designed to maximize emotional impact.

All of this allowed me to transcend the traditional roles of designer or developer to create solutions that inspire and facilitate positive and lasting behavioral change.
