I intervene in general and special criminal law (custody, immediate appearance, provisional detention, correctional court, crimes, assaults, rape, pimping, drug trafficking, fraud, breach of trust, misuse of company assets, money laundering, tax fraud).

In business criminal law and compliance, I support companies in complex procedures: investigations, financial and regulatory risks.

I also intervene in business and banking litigation: commercial disputes, mortgage credit, hidden defects in vehicles, contractual liability, drafting of contracts, general terms and conditions, conventional termination and dismissal.

Trained at Paris I Sorbonne University and holding an LLM in the USA, I have worked in international and specialized firms, developing a technical, strategic, and reactive approach.
