At the heart of the study phase, your role is to manage the creation of a BIM model at LOD 250 detail level. This model represents a key step for project design and coordination.

Your mission includes essential coordination with technical departments to prepare the DCE (Design Development Documents). This involves ensuring that all necessary technical information is integrated and consistent for the contractor bidding phase.

You have a perfect command of essential software tools such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and Revit. These platforms allow you to model, analyze, and manage project data efficiently and integrally.
