- Account management and bank reconciliation: Consolidation of over 200 bank accounts, correction of coupon and revenue transfers, as well as management of operations related to bonds (subscriptions, repayments, etc.).

- Participation in private equity projects: Creation of dedicated companies for private equity projects and support for their operational implementation.

- Performance and savings optimization: Development of tools and processes that have led to significant gains in performance and operational efficiency.

- Monthly closing and management control: Support for the monthly closing by identifying and resolving significant discrepancies. Assistance in preparing consolidated data to ensure consistency with financial objectives.

- Interdepartmental collaboration: Coordination and interaction with all teams and departments of the company and affiliated companies, strengthening operational alignment and synergy.

- Accounting classification: Search and classification of invoices / Categorization of bank entries / Data extraction.

- Analytical Finance: Maintenance of monthly/quarterly & semi-annual/annual cash flow analysis tables (monitoring of expenses, margin generated, and cash burn)

- Monitoring of budgets by activity and type of expenditure, Creation & management of financial reports, simulations, and dashboards. Conducted backtesting for new revenue models.

- Business plan and fundraising: Management of the business plan of the company's activity based on past figures, parameters, and forecasts. Reconciliation of the cash flow analysis tables and the business plan.

- Setting up new processes and improving the ones already in place. Management of relations with institutional partners. Redaction of legal and fiscal documents.
