An engineer by training, I have been working in the railway sector for several years, with particular expertise in overhead lines, infrastructure works, and business management. I have worked on large-scale projects for major players such as SNCF, RATP, Keolis, and Irigo, managing complex operations with significant technical, financial, and safety challenges.

Currently a project manager at Colas Rail, I hold an operational role similar to a lead site manager: site supervision, contractual management, budget monitoring, planning, coordination of field teams and subcontractors, client relations, and risk management. My career has allowed me to develop a global vision: technical, organizational, and strategic.

At Ineo, as a business manager, I strengthened my skills in financial management, negotiation, team management, and project profitability optimization. I am particularly comfortable in demanding environments where rigor, anticipation, and decision-making ability are crucial.
